What regions, countries or frequencies does the Thinka for Z-Wave support?
Z-WaveWe support the following regions:
- EU region
- US region
- Australia / New Zealand (ANZ) region
- Hong Kong (HK) region
- Malaysia (MY) region
- India (IN) region
- Japan (JP) region
- Russia (RU) region
- Israel (IL) region
- Korean Republic (KR) region
- China (CN) region
Choosing a different region than the one provided by Thinka by default is subject to RF legislation, see https://www.silabs.com/wireless/z-wave/global-regions for more information on choosing the right channel and the legal standard that applies. The last column (SW. Lib.) in the table on that webpage corresponds to the regions above.
You should set the correct frequency in the settings menu. Please see here
