I upgraded my existing device with this software-only upgrade and the whole process was impressively straightforward—no need to swap any hardware. Remote access and the KNX IP Gateway were activated instantly, making it much easier to manage my home setup. Voice control works smoothly with all my assistants and the privacy features are a definite plus. The price is a bit on the higher side for a software update, but the convenience and added features make it worth considering.
